All sales at MADE BY ROKA are final. We currently do not accept returns. Goods sold are not refundable. If you have concerns about a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at madebyrokacandles@gmail.com
and our customer support team will assist you in addressing the issue.
We craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping, packing them with care. In the very rare occurrence where a product is damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement of the item if proof of damage is shared with us within 7 days of delivery. Please send us your order details and a photo of the damage to madebyrokacandles@gmail.com and we will help you out.
